In the heart of downtown Monterey Virginia,  this small, but cozy guest house
is within walking distance of the town’s shopping & historic district. 
It is located behind the Washer's Residence at 237 W. Main Street
- on the corner of West Main Street (Rt. 250) and Walnut Street
- one block west of Spruce Street.

Features

The small, but comfortable accommodations include:

Two bedrooms: One full size bed and two twin size beds. (After June 2007,
there will be one queen size "Sleep Number" bed and one full size bed)

A fully equipped kitchen.

A living room and dinette area. 

bullet

A bath including a shower and washer and dryer. 

bullet

Satellite television, DVD Player and local telephone. 

 No-Smoking inside Guest House, No Pets permitted. 
Due to low ceilings and steep stairs, it is not recommended for persons over 6’5”,
or people who have trouble climbing stairs. 

Maximum Occupancy: 6 people – You must provide your own bedding for more than 4 people. 
Portable beds and linens for extra guests are not available at this time,
but you are welcome to bring your own air beds or cots if you wish.
